Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Quasar Salon account and all associated personal data using any of the methods below. We will delete your profile, booking history, uploaded photo (if any), and authentication record within 30 days of a verified request. Backups containing your data are purged within a further 60 days.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the Quasar Salon app and sign in.
Tap the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm and tap the red button.

Your account is deleted immediately. You will be signed out and receive no further emails from us.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your account at bookings@quasarsalon.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify it's you (by replying from that address) and complete the deletion within 7 working days.

What gets deleted

Your account record (email, name, phone, role)
Your authentication credentials (you can no longer sign in)
Your profile photo, if any
Your complete booking history
Any pending OTP codes

What may be retained

Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
Limited records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax/accounting records of completed paid services), retained only for the period required by law.
Backups, which are purged within 60 days through normal rotation.

Cancelling upcoming appointments before deletion

If you have upcoming appointments at the time of deletion, they will be automatically cancelled and the salon will be notified. If you'd like to keep an upcoming visit, please complete the appointment first (or cancel it manually) before deleting your account.
